[Random Killing] DarwinAssist

Complaint: chg101 was milling about our town, minding our his business, when I see DarwinAssist chasing him. As soon as I see chg101 disappear and Darwin picking up his stuff, I knew something was going on. He begins to approach me, not saying anything, and kills me. Afterward, he claimed that he was "robbing" us and that he demanded money. I am just irked that he approached me and killed me without giving me a chance to parley.

Proof: I know chivers was online, I'm pretty sure Habit and huntere were too. Maybe Sevyn as well.
My only SS I managed to capture doesn't seem to want to save. I'm sorry.
Previous Incidents: N/A

Comments: Random killing is against the rules. I was also under the impression that raiding is not allowed at the time.

5 diamonds
about 11 lapis
20ish iron (don't care about that
8 gold
1 Diamond Sword

All of this stuff was concealed. The only thing he could have seen me carrying was my cobblestone.

I was in the front of the town when i saw him and i said hi. He took out a diamond sword and randomly killed me. I asked him to give my stuff and he replied yes, but when I came back he gave me less then half. I would thank you if anyone could help me.

im not helping to anyone, all i heard is that chg complained in ooc about beeing killed.
so you got killed outside ur base? thats not raiding thats "only" random killing if it really was random(i cant know)

He chased chg101 inside our base, killed him there, and then ran to kill me. So you're correct, it was more random killing than raiding.

First off I asked you for 100 coins in 60 seconds or I would kill you. You looked at me and started running. I followed and was hit (they claim it was a cactus) so I killed him. I then saw roflbeeb so I asked him the same question. He started to run so I killed him to. Here is a screen shot of the indecent.



The only Items I took were
-6 Lapiz
-2 Iron ingots
-5 diamonds
-2 stacks of books (I don't need them so I am going to give back)
-14 Iron ore
-1 Broken Diamond Shovel
-1 Diamond sword
-25 coal

You killed him while I was exiting my mine (relatively far away from my town), so there was no way I could have heard you ask for money. After you killed chg101, you turned to me and began chasing me. In fear, I began to retreat. Also, who said anything about a cactus? The only cacti in my town are in a cactus farm.

Look, I can't tell what other people say, specifically when I'm not online. I honestly had no clue he claimed you got hit by a cactus.

I asked for money twice. Once to him and then when I was about 7 blocks from you.

7 blocks? More like 45. My mine entrance is at least 50 blocks away from my town. As soon as I saw you kill chg, I ran down and you charged me. I never saw anything in the chat saying you wanted money from me.

Well it was there sorry you didn't see it. We should probably just stop posting and wait for a mod to look through the evidence.

There wasn't fair warning, I'll give you that.

Which is why we need a global in character chat.

What I don't understand is that it against the rules to just go around killing people, yet people still do. This isn't a deathmatch server. Sevyn, you should look in to replacing that banhammer of yours with a banshotgun. You're gonna need some bigger firepower.
