t3h1337builder Found Cheating

I was at the dominion visiting with Diabloz and was killed twice by t3h1337builder using fly hacks. Today I was notified by habit that he was using them to kill him. I understand that the sever is not in the best of conditions but I warned him yesterday that he needed to stop after killing me twice with it. My witnesses are Arkitect, Littlemoomoo, Diabloz, Habit, and myself because they all saw he hacking. I understand that they will probably deny it to protect there own but these screen shots I have should be proof enough.

I going to ban T3h1337builder until the the fly mod blocker in up and running. I will also make sure anything taken from habit is returned.
Now this is not a RP reason to kill t3hbuilder or anyone in the faction, as we are going to act like it never happened in game.

I agree with this call.

Although i seen builder this it is not in my power to prevent it, if he does it out of my sight then i cannot do anything about that.

still i think there should be intern consequenzes 2. ppl will say like "the dominion" is cheating just cause of a fiew black sheeps

Which people? Do I see any? It's hard to gauge any reaction considering that this is really recent.

Theres a plugin to prevent this.. this is what, the 3rd time?

is it only me? in my eyes cheating is the worst thing u can do and should end up in a permanent ban when ur cought. its even worse than griefing O_O

It's his first ban/offence so we are going easy on him; however, if he was flying around killing anyone he saw that would be an automatic perm ban. This was not that big of an offence and it was easily fixed fixed.
