it's cool it gets tricky lol. Just straight up Death metal, some would call it brutal death which i find indistinguishable from regular death metal. the confusion is kinda compounded by the fact that almost all death metal has gotten far more technical since its inception in the 80s. the way i look at it is the bar has kinda been raised you know.

Ah yes, I get what you mean. None-the-less it's a great band.

xD, I knew it, they sounded much more than an average Death Metal band.
What was wrong with the lyrics?

Hahaha, usually lyrics aren't meant to be taken the most seriously.
I see what you mean, xD. Probably just went with the song and thought it wasn't too cheesy.

I m not sure about this but I ll just chip in here . In my oppinion the greatest composer of all time (or atleast film composer) is Hanz Zimmer. He has produced so many great soundtracks for films and this is one of his best compositions in my opinion.

Re: Music Thread
If were talking about greatest composers of all time, you must add John Williams. He has some of the most memorable compositions.
Which brings me to Richard Cheese, if you haven't heard of him search him on youtube. He makes parody lounge music (I think it would be called), quite funny.

yeah there is alot of great film composers, even some great ones for video games, i was more talking in a classical sense though movie scores are a little different.

[ Disturbed - Down with the Sickness ]
Hahahaha, Richard Cheese is even funnier if you know the song.
He does many covers. Tho I can't remember many of the songs he covers, I know Down with the Sickness has to be one of the best.

I tend to lean toward trance and house, but I also enjoy some 90's.

I hate hardcore, it's sounds like ass.
Fair enough if you don't have the ear trained for listening to something as heavy as Metal. Thats the uniqueness and ugliness of it, it's not made for everyone to like, otherwise we may as well all listen to Justin Beaver.

No idea what you said or what the song says. But musically it sounds pretty cool. It somewhat reminds me of Meshuggah
