This is something I was talking with George about over Teamspeak and we can up with the idea of wiping the Disputes forum. There is a lot of bad blood in there and that seems to be settling, until someone reads it again of course. A wipe and a restart of all the threads in side with a new set of forum rules posted at the top could help relieve some of the tension.

YES PLEASE
Do it regularly, as well. Delete threads a week after they're resolved.

As Kaos noted above we were discussing this earlier. It makes sense to me that a clean wipe combined with strict moderation will make this topic area more civilized and reduce the constant bickering that now occurs. None of it is productive and for the most part perpetuates grievances that should easily have been resolved. Maxx has a good point as well, delete the thread following resolution after a short but reasonable time has passed.

I'd like to emphasize strict moderation. Without that key factor it all falls apart. This should also mean that grievances aired here are not allowed to spill over into other threads.

Once resolved lock it and make it auto clean when the post gets older than 3 days to a week. Auto-Prune I believe Sevyn called it.

No doubt this will be added.
