Well, I for one recommend this faction. It is perfect for those who don't need large walls to protect themselves, and it provides a nice mixture of trade and combat.

That's just temporary. The town is actually being scrapped and a new project will be started soon. (Hint: Look towards the sky)

No floating houses/castles guys, Soto was pretty clear about that in 1.0. Airships are meh ok, but we're trying to keep the server midevial.

I think as long as they can present a suitable RP reason for their levitating homes, they should be fine. Get creative with it!

I wonder if one could make an undersea atlantis without having to explain why it isn't destroyed by water pressure.

Considering it's more Medieval Fantasy, why not say years ago you made a sacrifice to the gods in-return your cities would fly high in the sky to avoid creepers and zombies etc...

Or you helped out a Wizard one day and granted you one spell...

If you make a story to it and it doesn't look completely ridiculous (Like the one in 2.0) than I'm sure it would be quite good.

When the citizens of the small village of Outremer accidentally completed a redstone spell-circle found in a cavern beneath their town, the land around, and under the village violently shifted, and rose into the air. None of the residents know who originally marked the circle, but as a result, the landscape is Almost completely dug out, with massive pieces floating in midair. The people adapted, and slowly gained a love for the sky.

I wish more people would post in the lore section (myself included ._.).

I'd post more in the Lore section but I get lazy and loose interested half way starting my story. xD

Mossy cobble/Sandstone Ruins of an underwater city, repaired, repopulated, and fortified with materials like iron, obsidian, and heavy glass.
