How to get Mods work in multiplayer?

I am running personal server for me and my friends and I´d like to use shared mod, e.g. Super Slopes MOD from Kaevator. However I only am aware of how to use the mod in Single Player. In MP, it works, however we cannot take the made shape out of the chest during the production. I have a feeling that this is because we have the mod installed, but our server does not. Please help.
