Mo'creatures Empty Mo'creatures

So i started playing this RPG map called imperial lands and i noticed that ALL THE FUCKING HUMANS from Mo'creatures gives me a such a fucking fpsdrop that i almost destroyed my keyboard. Anyone know how to remove them?
Also i would love if someone could link me the mo'creatures thread on minecraftforum.

Mo creatures mod is a pain to install. I tried three times and gave up, since Notch was going to add all types of those creatures anyway later on...
