1.6 Will focus mostly on bug fixes!!!

Head over to the "Word of Notch", and Notch says in 1.6 many fixes will be made, however I have been waiting for this one feature:

A MAP. You craft it, then look down when you hold it to see it. There will be a way to zoom in and out, and it is actually not an infinite map, you can't map the whole world with just one map. Also, apparently there will be a way to see other people on the map if you are able to follow certain instructions.

A good thing is that explorers now have all they need: a map and a compass!

I'm interested to see how the map turns out.

In the meantime, I'm hoping Notch has fixed the lighting especially on stairs.

Lol, not sure how they're gunna make some form of transportation without taking away the theme they're going for. I think Notch said he was a bit iffy about putting in the Pistons.
