Turns out it was a TNT related accident

Hey, all.

I logged in today only to discover the broken walls of the Dawn Empire. Also, as most of you know, there was a destruction of a farm just outside of the city with TNT. I think that ONE hole in the wall was caused by this. The others are obvious accounts of griefing. Our front gate was desecrated, as well as the trail heading to the gate. Worried, I went to check on the fishing village (which is primarily constructed of wood, mind you) to see if anything was wrong. To my horror, there was a fire. In my attempt to stop it, I was killed by the flames. I am unsure of the destruction right now, as I am back at spawn. Here are my screenshots: (let me upload them first)

well actually the farm that was there belonged to someone in the faction and they told me to blow up there farm... as of the gate that was him telling the entire server to shoot at the gate. Everyone was there including Soto for the explosion of the farm. As of the fire i do not know about that.

Yes Shigan even posted a video of TnT Day on the General forum. We didn't set any fires though and they weren't there when we were there.

Oh, was that the Blown up Farm thing?....... then ARRR HAR HAR HAR!!!

But seriously, if there's a fire there's something wrong....

The gate was shot by a tnt cannon for testing purposes (the road was destroyed from the fail cannons we created).
I do not know about anyone setting fires though that would be someone else other then me.
Chivers was there for all the stuff that had to do with tnt.

I apologize I wasn't even aware we were in the Dawn territory. I am ashamed to say I do not know the map very well at all. I spend most of my time working on the server and don't actually play the game much. Not that I don't like to I just don't get much time.

I believe the damage was accidental. After this incident I made some changes to where I am the only one able to spawn items. Not to punish anyone. I just felt like it would be a good idea so that something like this does not happen again.

It was all suppose to be in fun. We will never do anything like this when the server is public. It was just a fun thing for the trusted players to enjoy while we have the server to just ourselves.

Alright. If it was accidental, I guess it wasn't malicious. Thanks for clearing that up.

OK guys I think you are misunderstanding this incident. First off the farm was outside the dawn Empire and second it was mine. I thought is would be a good way to relief some of the tensions that were hurting the server and I am glad to say it did. The damages to the kingdom were partly accidental but as for the front gate that was to test some game mechanics and since the dawn was basically abandoned it really did no one harm. In the end this just brought the server together as we enjoyed some high explosives

NO SOTO. We must have explosives and other mod supported activities. It makes the moderators seem like they have a presence on the server and it makes people happy. Besides Darwin's farm of course.
