Raiding is impossible for now, but no kingdom has gone on a raid or declared war on one another yet to even raid so it's no big loss. The only thing that is gone right now are the random groups of players running around looking for chests, and the random theif who destroys everything around a kingdom trying to get in while the members are offline.
So as of right now, more gain than loss for the time being.
