This is Not Fair

Yesterday I arrived home from vacation and i noticed that someone had griefed my house but because it is a temp map i didnt bother and i remade it but better. TODAY morning I arrived to the server to see that the map was backed up to a older version where my house was still griefed and when I spawn BrynHavoc ( I think) was there and banned me for griefing!!!!

I think that its perfecly fair at his eyes but if there is a way of seeyng me building the house or from backups, I dont know,

Please revew my case beacause that house IS MINE

So your house on the temp map was griefed but you had a house in the old server which was griefed as well. How did you spawn at your old house when the server changed maps?

Clarify or your contradictions will make you banned.

First i am portuguese and i am learning english.

And my house was griefed in the current map but yesterday i noticed that and i rebuilded it. The this moring GMT +00 I assumed that either my house was griefed again or the map by some reason was backed up to a backup of lets say 5 days old?

He is saying that is his house was griefed on this current map. He fixed it up, but since we went back to the map again to day we rolled back a few days and now it is back to before he fixed it. Therefore is is once again griefed.

I know I have nothing to do with this but I would like to point out he was banned for being beside a building that was greifed. Even if he did it how would the mod know? So basically he got banned without reason just sayin. I could be wrong, I don't know the whole situation.

He's not the only one that spawned at his house on the old map. I loged in on the pirate ship.

This is true, I was on my way to Habit's kingdom before the temp map went up, and found myself on the same hill (not taking anything form the chests I found conveniently next to said hill of course) when the 2.0 map came back.

I aready unbanned but it's still not working. Other players even the regulars are inexplicably being banned. I will try to fix this problem asap.
