Limited Amount of user

Hey, I was trying to connect to the server and it comes up with this "Server is temporarily restricted to a limited amount of users" does this mean there is a max player cap say like 10 or is there another "list of specific people allowed on"?

I am a regular, and known really well to the d'igors but I can't get in. Soto if you get this please include me to the list again please.

I might not be very known, but I've never caused any trouble and I wouldn't lag up the server either since I don't go on too often and I live in Europe, so I'm in a different time zone than most everyone else. I'd really appreciate if I was added to the white list.
